Inspection of Sale Lots
All sale lots will be available for viewing all day Saturday, March 7th through the conclusion of the sale at the sale facilities. Horses will be previewed March 6th from 6-8 PM. Cattle may also be viewed prior to sale day at the respective ranches. Please contact the individual sellers to make arrangements to view the cattle prior to their arrival at the sale facility.
Terms and Conditions
The terms of the sale are cash or check unless arrangements have been made between buyer and seller prior to the beginning of the sale. The animal becomes the property, responsibility and risk of the buyer as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer.
Announcements
Announcements from the Auction Block will take precedence over any other printed matter in the sale catalog or supplement sheets.
Bidding
Each animal will sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes will be settled by the auctioneer whose decision is final.
Risk & Liability
We the sellers of the cattle and horses offered in this sale will not be held liable for any accidents that may occur for whatever reason, and those attending must do so at their own risk. The sellers and their staff, the auctioneer, and Bar W Arena assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents or loss which may occur.
Breeding Guarantee
All bulls in this sale are guaranteed “breeders” the day of the sale. Bulls will be semen and trich tested. We the sellers guarantee the breeding performance of the animal for six months after the purchase date. The guarantee does not cover illness, injury, neglect or death. The seller has the right to replace the bull with one of equal value or refund credit minus the salvage value at a later date. All returned bulls will need a vet’s written diagnosis of non-breeding cause.
PAP Testing
All bulls have been pap tested and are indicated in the catalog. PAP scores are provided to indicate differences between bulls and how they may work at high elevations.
Feeding and Delivery
We will feed your bulls until April 1st, 2026, at your risk and the seller’s expense. The bulls will be delivered starting April 1st, unless other arrangements are made.
